Professional Leadership & Advocacy

Throughout her career, Tammy has held clinical leadership and supervisory roles, developed and delivered numerous ABA-based training programs, and provided education, coaching, and consultation to therapists, families, colleges, organizations, and community support networks. Her professional contributions include co-authoring resources in collaboration with Dr. James Partington, contributing to curriculum development for Ontario's college-level Autism and Behavioural Science programs, and teaching at the postsecondary level.

Beyond her clinical work, Tammy has been actively involved in advancing the profession of behaviour analysis in Ontario. Her contributions include participation in provincial professional initiatives and serving on ONTABA's Professional Regulation Committee, supporting efforts toward the formal regulation and recognition of behaviour analysts in Ontario. She is the current and Founding President for Professionals for Behavioural Excellence in Ontario (PBEO) - a non-profit organization committed to the well-being, rights, and outcomes of individuals receiving or delivering behaviour analytic services.

As the Founder and Clinical Director of On Solid Ground Behaviour Solutions, established in Barrie in 2012, Tammy is committed to fostering a culture of clinical excellence, professional accountability, and continuous learning. She is passionate about developing skilled, confident clinicians while helping individuals, families, and caregivers better understand learning and behaviour.

Her leadership reflects a longstanding commitment to ethical practice, individualized care, and creating meaningful, lasting differences in the everyday lives of the individuals and families OSG serves.
