Our complaints, compliments and concerns resolution process provides individuals with a forum to openly share feedback on areas that are working and area’s that could be improved within the organization. This allows us to further examine any potential systemic issues that need to be reviewed, revised and/or changed to better meet the needs of the children and families in our care.
